Practical/Tactical 3-Gun Matches & Buddy Matches

General 3-Gun Info
For those not familiar with our 3-gun event, it's a variation of our regular Pistol/Shotgun match, but with a rifle/carbine added to the mix.  This match varies slightly from the typical multi-gun match in several respects, but particularly in that pistol-caliber rifles are allowed because of the reduced distances at which targets are engaged.  The general rules about irons and optics remain in effect.  Pistol calibers allowed are 9X19 and larger.  Shotgun ammo will be standard birdshot only, no slugs or buckshot allowed.  No armor-piercing or tracer ammunition is allowed.  Any additional Practical/Tactical 3-Gun-specific rules will be addressed during the safety/shooter briefing prior to the match.

This is a fun match, geared towards all levels of experience.  However, please be thoroughly familiar with the functioning of your firearms before attending the match.

Safety briefing attendance prior to the match is MANDATORY.

General Buddy Match Info

This is a fun, multi-gun match where teams of two shooters each will compete against other teams.  Stages will include dual courses of fire which will be engaged simultaneously by both members of a team.  The overall raw time required to successfully clear both courses of fire within a stage, plus penalties, if any, will be the 'team' score.  The courses of fire within a stage may be mirror images of each other or may be totally different.  They may require the use of the same or different firearms.  Reactive targets may be activated for one team member by the other, or vice-versa.  One never knows what awaits you at the Buddy Match.  The key is team communication.  This is a "shoot, communicate and move" match.  Standard Prac/Tac rules apply.

Please be thoroughly familiar with the functioning of your firearms, and those of your buddy, if different, before attending the match.

Safety briefing attendance prior to the match is MANDATORY.
